What are we seeing?
Inventory is up 26&% year-over-year. A clear indication that we are in more of a buyer-friendly environment.
We have seen the housing market slow this year due to prices staying stable, and interest rates hiking backup due to inflation and oil prices.
Many buyers were hoping for interest rates to continue to fall to help with affordability but the opposite has happened. We will continue to monitor how this impacts the market the remainder of this year.
One thing is for certain - buyers are getting deals right now and sellers have to position themselves correctly to win in this environment.
