What does it mean?
The seasonal slowdown which is normal for real estate is in full effect. While the numbers year-over-year show some big changes, these numbers are right in line with market trends from the last 4 months.
I believe Mesa County is going to see an uptick in listings over the next 6 weeks, and I expect transactions to be up for February over the same period in 2025. I also expect the spring "rush" to be back in full force this year.
I am going to continue and monitor these trends more closely and see what the last 90 days are telling us as we move forward through this year.
