What are we seeing?
 
Inventory continues to rise - up 30% from a year ago.
 
Days on market is up 12% from last year at this time, but down a bit from our peak earlier this year.
 
Are we seeing a bit of a housing revival in Mesa County? Sales are up 7.5% from last September. Things appear to have settled in and properties that are priced appropriately are selling.
 
The median sales price is down 3.5% from last year at $420,000.
 
Close price to list price ratio remains virtually the same. This is more proof that the market has stabilized.
