Inventory continues to rise, but something I noticed that I believe is very important, is that the close to list price ratio ticked up a bit. Is this the beginning of a housing revival?
Mortgage rates are ticking down, buyers have options with growing inventory, and sales are staying steady.
I predict we will see more buyer activity this fall than we did last year.
Sellers - my advice for you is to price your home aggressively based on your true competition on the market, not last year's market. If you do this, you will see quicker movement.
