Days on market average 88 days. Up 24% from last year. Sellers are seeing more pressure to accommodate buyer's requests.
Median sales price is staying right at $405,000 which is up 2% from last year.
My prediction: This is the best time to buy we will see in the next 12 months. Real estate is going to see a resurgence in 2026 and prices will increase.
